Kody Baker has been working in the commercial real estate industry for nearly a decade, with experience ranging from commercial property management to investment sales and commercial leasing. Baker has been a student of multifamily syndications and projects since leaving Utah State University in 2016. Since then, he has facilitated over $50+ million in sales and commercial leasing volume.
Baker is now proud to be a part of Street Commercial Real Estate, where he will fulfill his role as an Industrial Associate focusing on tenant and occupier representation. Baker works to find tenants the best property to suit their business's needs and optimize their operations within our community.
As a 2nd generation Nevadan, he takes pride in being an active community leader through his involvement in NAIOP. Baker uses his magnetic energy, positive attitude, and drive to encourage others to work tirelessly towards success. In his free time, he likes to push himself by ultra-marathon running, competitive fly fishing, and reading.
