Judy brings over 30 years’ experience to the commercial real estate industry. Her experience includes managing over 10 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties throughout the west coast for nationally known investors, developers, and fund advisory firms. The many decades of her career have provided the opportunity to work with various distribution users like Amazon, Lowes, Target, and Kohler. She has also managed office buildings occupied by Ford Motor Company, Renown Medical, and Taco Bell corporate.
Prior to moving to Reno, Judy worked in Southern California managing properties throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange, and San Diego Counties. She prides herself on an overall ability to understand and meet the objectives of her clients and their investments while meeting the needs of both owner and tenant, acting as a liaison between the two.
When not focusing on her management responsibilities, Judy spends her time skiing, paddleboarding, golfing, and volunteering with her local church community.
Ms. Villagomez is a licensed salesperson in the State of Nevada and holds a Property Management Permit. She has been a licensed salesperson since 1990.
