She has been involved in over 50 transactions across the Northern Nevada market, representing both landlords and tenants. Sakara thrives on creating value for her clients through strategic negotiation, creative problem-solving, and her well-established network across the region.
Before joining Street Commercial, Sakara held leadership roles in marketing and operations, most notably as Vice President of Marketing and Social Media at CDC Consulting Firm. She also supported high-performing brokerage teams at CBRE, where she gained hands-on experience navigating complex lease and sale transactions in industrial, flex, and land assets.
With over eight years of combined experience in real estate and business development, Sakara offers her clients a competitive edge through her detailed understanding of the local industrial market and her personalized approach to service. Whether representing an owner-user, investor, or growing business, she takes pride in helping clients make confident, informed decisions.

Outside of work, Sakara enjoys traveling, hiking, baking, and spending summer days on Lake Tahoe. She remains deeply engaged in her community, having coached youth sports and participated in the arts—always striving to give back to the place that raised her.
